Meet Paula Wells
Meet Paula Wells, the driving force behind Starr Office Services, now known as ThinkSOS. After working in the corporate world as an Administrator and Office Manager, she took the skills and experience gained and uses them to provide solutions to solo-preneurs and non-profit organizations in the GTA.
Paula attended George Brown College where she studied the Assaulted Women and Children’s Counsellor/Advocate Program. Most recently she completed the Humber College course Managing in the Violence Against Women sector. The curriculum provided her with a feminist perspective of political and oppressive issues and opened her to new ideas while understanding the challenges of the non-profit sector.
Since 2004, ThinkSOS has helped small business owners and non-profit agencies in the GTA with their Marketing and General Office Management. From developing reporting measures to creating editorial calendars; ThinkSOS has played an integral role in assisting small businesses.

In 2011, Paula was contracted by The Woman Abuse Council of Toronto, (WomanACT) to plan their first Training Conference, Supporting Survivors by Supporting Staff. She continues to work on a part time basis managing their social media and overseeing their week long "End Violence Against Women Week in Toronto".
In 2014, Paula accepted the part time role as Coordinator for the Children's Aid Societies and Violence Against Women Advisory Committee.
